Ok, friends and fans, we have an exciting anonuncement! But first, the bad news: The Oct. 1st show and CD release at Gus’s Bar & Grill has been cancelled due to scheduling conflicts.
Now for the good news, drum roll please……..
Downbeat Switch has been asked by Spectra Records (whose roster includes Grammy winning artists) to compete in their multi-state wide competition, LAST BAND STANDING on Oct. 22nd @ The Canal Club, hosted by Spectra Records and Rolling Stone Magazine!! This will not break us, and could make us, but we absolutely cannot do this without every single one of our family, friends and fans getting on board! How can you show support, you say? Well, WE MUST SELL 100 TICKETS prior to the event; by Oct. 13th to be exact! Each ticket costs $10, and we will go wherever we have to go or do whatever we have to do to get them into your hands! This is the BIGGEST and most important Downbeat Switch show to date; it’s something that you’re not going to want to miss! Please email/text/call/or a message on facebook to ANY band member you can, or to any Downbeat Switch page, to request tickets ASAP! Remember, we simply CANNOT do this without your support, so, in true DbS style, we will include A FREE COPY OF OUR NEW EP, “THE RED DOOR SESSIONS” W/ EVERY TICKET PURCHASE!! We will officially be releasing the CD at this show, but every ticket sold will receive a copy at the time of purchase! Get those requests in now, and we’ll keep you updated with more details as we get them. THANKS TO EVERYONE for all of your love and support; this is going to be HUGE!
